Lebo’s Candles and Scents sells candles, fragrances, and related scented products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly in colour or appearance.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability or pricing errors. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched. We make use of secure payment gateways to process online payments. Lebo’s Candles and Scents does not store your card details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time frame. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. Lebo’s Candles and Scents is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used candles and scents may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
