I am Relebohile Makenete, most people know me as Lebo.
I am a qualified interior designer with a deep love for beautiful and thoughtful spaces, meaningful details and the small rituals that make everyday life feel special.
This brand was born from my desire to slow down, create with intention and bring a sense of warmth into people’s homes. I believe scent has the power to shift moods, hold memories, and turn ordinary moments into something worth savoring.
Each candle and diffuser is thoughtfully crafted to bring softness and balance into your space, inviting you to slow down and be present. These scents are a reminder to surround yourself with things that feel like home.

While the brand officially launched in August 2025, the journey began with a curiosity for the technical artistry of scent. Following my graduation from The Interior Design Institute, I realized that a beautiful room is incomplete without the right atmosphere. This led me to Lesotho, where I studied the intricate “mathematics” of candle making, learning that a premium candle requires a precise balance of fragrance loads, essential oils, and patience.
At Lebo’s Candles & Scents, we treat fragrance as a design element. Our process is rooted in:
